Hi, I’m Kalina, health coach, mom, entrepreneur, and your biggest supporter on your wellness journey.

At 22, I moved to the United States from Eastern Europe with big dreams, courage, and a strong desire to build a meaningful life. As the years went on, the realities of adult responsibilities became more demanding than I had ever imagined. Between building a career, raising a family, and managing the pace of everyday life, my own wellbeing often became an afterthought.

I had always been interested in health and wellness and spent years learning what supports a healthy lifestyle. Yet, like many people, I found it surprisingly difficult to consistently apply that knowledge in my own life. This experience sparked a deeper curiosity about the psychology of habit formation and intrinsic motivation, what truly helps us create lasting change.

After becoming a mother, I experienced a clear mindset shift. I began to reevaluate my priorities, make intentional career changes, and focus on building a stronger, more grounded version of myself physically, mentally, and emotionally. This personal transformation ultimately led me to health coaching.

Today, I support individuals in discovering what genuinely works for their unique lifestyle not what worked for someone else or what trends suggest they should do. My approach is science-informed, holistic, and deeply personalized. Together, we focus on sustainable habits that fit naturally into your daily routine, energy levels, responsibilities, and personal goals.
